When we met we intended to buy cashflow real estate as a business together. One of us was on the West coast of Canada and the other was on the East coast of the US, our travel budget was limited and most of the good deals were somewhere in between. So we decided to come up with something we could do together no matter where we were. That is how we came up with our Virtual Real Estate business. Now we are together, but we are still focusing on the Virtual Real Estate because its easier, lower investment, greater ROI and still needs some attention until we can grow it into a self-sustaining business.
We are keeping our fingers in the real world Real Estate pot, however. We took a whole slough of classes on investing in Real Estate, learned a lot, met a lot of people and formed a fairly big network in the cashflow real estate circles. We get deals sent to us all the time that we would love to be able to act on. Until now we have just let them pass us by, figuring one day we will get into it but that now is not the time.
Then we realized: we don’t have to waste the deals! Someone out there might want it! So we created:

We send out an average of 2 deals per week on the list. If you are interested in buying real estate for cashflow and are looking for great deals with perks like seller financing then sigh up for this mailing list and get some deals before we decide to shut it down and keep ‘em to ourselves!
We are also very open people who love to talk about what we know. If you are on the list and want to ask us about real estate investing we will do our best to answer, just remember we only have an academic understanding of it and have not had any real experience with real world cashflow real estate yet. And always do your own due diligence when doing real estate deals or it will come back and bite you on the ass!
